What is it?
The development of a personalized, individual exercise program based on findings and discussion from an initial assessment or interview.
Programming includes a personalized and specific program with details of activities, exercises, lifestyle modifications, etc. over a period of several weeks, months, or several months. Examples of specific programming could include:

Strengthening or flexibility programming

Run, walk or other cardiovascular programming

Program based on pain complaints (low back, neck, knee, hip, shoulder, etc.)

Programming based on specific event goals (running, cycling, walking, hiking, triathlon, or others)

Programming based on personal goals (e.g. losing weight, improving mobility, strength, or endurance for specific goals)

What it looks like:
Each plan will provide you specifics in: goal setting & cautionary factors, exercise details, a weekly training schedule, lifestyle modifications & movement awareness, equipment details, as well as next steps & follow up details.
(Most plans will be set up for an 8-12 week or 12-16 week session, some being longer based on goals.)

How it works:
Step 1- Reach out using the contact form below or email chanceungerpt@gmail.com
Step 2- You’ll be contacted to fill out an introductory questionnaire.
Step 3 (optional)- Schedule an initial interview to discuss goals (15 minutes).
Step 4- Receive your drafted program or training plan.
(Upon receiving and implementing the program a 1-2 week trial, we may follow up and make final modifications based on your feedback.)

Initial program or training plan (w/ set up and collaboration): $99
Programming set up for less than 4 weeks: $49
